John was tasked with recording and reporting user research from weekly onsite visits and cultivated innovation by improving the user experience on a product that formerly was Frankensteined together by relying on feature requests. John’s insight and strategy guide development to deliver a more efficient user experience. JohnCarlo is an asset to any team and a natural leader and mentor.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside John. As a software developer for a web application, I worked closely with John leveraging his design skills whenever I could to make the software as user friendly as possible. John is always very receptive to the feedback that myself or the customer provided him. I particularly liked that John had the forethought to create multiple design options for the client to ensure we were meeting their expectations. I also really like John’s style. His designs always have great color and iconography, they are crisp instead of clunky, and he creates a visually pleasing UI that delights users.
